Our Service is a thorough and intensive cleaning of a property that goes beyond the regular routine cleaning. Ideal for those who want to maintain a high level of cleanliness or for those who are preparing for a special event.
This service is charged by the hour, we can stick to your budget or let you know when we get to a certain amount of time after the two hour minimum so you can decide if we continue or if you would want us to stop at that moment. Our progress will depend completely on your approval!
OUR SERVICE = $65 x hour PER EMPLOYEE (we send a team of at least two technicians for a minimum of two hours)

· Dusting throughout your home
· Sweeping/Mopping floors throughout your home
· Vacuuming floors throughout your home
· Bathrooms (wiping down mirrors, counter tops, faucets, sinks and front of cabinets. Sanitizing and cleaning toilet, shower and tub. Sweeping and mopping floors)
· Bedrooms (Dust surfaces, including tables, nightstands, dressers and front of cabinets. We can make your beds if you provide fresh linens. Vacuum or sweep/mop floors)
· Kitchen (wiping down the sink, faucets, stove, front and inside of cabinets and countertops. Clean inside/out of microwave. Sweep and mop floors)
· Front of all appliances
· Wipe down outside of kitchen trash can
· Take out trash from inside of the homes to the bins outside of the home (we do not take trash or trash bins out of the property)
· Living room (Dust surfaces and clean in between sofa cushions. Vacuum and/or sweep and mop floors)
· Dining room (Dust surfaces, tables and chairs. Vacuum and/or sweep and mop floors)
· Dust laundry room and wipe down the front of appliances
· Inside of all reachable windows
· All window sills and rails
· All doors and door frames / Baseboards
· Hand wipe blinds, fans, light fixtures, light switches and outlets
We send out teams of at least 2 experienced professionals. We will try our best to accommodate to our customer’s needs. We do not move sofas, beds, stoves, dishwashers or large pieces of furniture
We require a $50 deposit and a credit card on file at the time of booking to completely secure your spot. This fee is charged as soon as we end our call and it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once service is provided the $50 will be credited to the invoice of your first cleaning and the remaining charge will be made the morning of your service. In addition, we do require all of our clients to read and sing in agreement our customer guidelines prior to their first appointment, which you will receive in a separate email if you so choose to sign-on. Please make sure this is completed before your appointment, since our system requires it to maintain the service on our schedule.
In the event that you reschedule, skip or cancel any of your services with us, we ask that you give notification before the 48 hours prior to the service, during our office hours. Without the notice you will be charged 50% of your cleaning. Cancellations the day/night before or the same day of service for any reason will be charged at the full rate of service. All cancellations must be made through our office during office hours from 9:00 am to 5:00pm during week days we are closed weekends.
